Youth Mission

The students of SFUMC take missions seriously. Going out and being the hands and feet of Jesus is part of being a Christian. We do a variety of local and national missions throughout the year.

Manna Meals

Manna Meals is a program that serves a hot meal every Friday to those in need. When the youth are not in school, we enjoy being a part of this ministry.

30 Hour Famine

Every day an estimated 7,000 children younger then 5 will die from causes related to hunger. Some starve. Some get sick and waste away. Either way, this is not okay. So we are doing something about it. We will go 30 hours without food to raise money so that others can eat. This is an annual event.

Summer Mission Trip

This year, the youth will travel to Atlanta Georgia to participate in M25 Mission Camp.  The students will partner with established ministries in Atlanta GA, as they help provide for the city's homeless population, work in shelters and food banks, and learn about poverty in the US.     Students will be gone from June 23 through June 30 2018.  Skiatook youth will be joining forces with the youth group of Sapulpa UMC for this different kind of mission trip.
